The staff was professional and friendly. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. It had something for everyone. the pool area had cozy sunbeds. i could relax there after a long day.
the elevator wait time during peak hours could be a bit long, but i managed by planning ahead.

Housekeeping was a real letdown. i found dirty towels left in the bathroom and then they were hung up to dry. This happened during a previous stay too. the hotel appears to not train its staff adequately in this area. it is also disappointing that i had to pay 200 dirhams for a friend to visit my room, even for a short time. I feel that policy needs reviewing.

The staff was very warm. The room was super clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I enjoyed the on-site dining and the well-kept fitness center. Every team member I interacted with worked hard to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
When I needed additional soap and shampoo after running out, they never arrived. I called twice and I was assured they would be provided, but I had to use hand soap for bathing. I hope the service improves with this request.

My Beautiful Room included two separate sinks. There was a rainfall shower in the bathroom. The room featured a king-size bed with high-quality linens. I found a well-stocked mini-bar and a coffee machine, too.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Fresh pastries and a selection of hot dishes were available. The rooftop restaurant provided great views. The menu included international dishes and local cuisine.

The hotel had a very central location. It was quite convenient for exploring the surrounding area. A metro station was about 3-4 minutes away. I found taxi service readily available, too.

the room was clean i saw the housekeeping staff regularly. the breakfast buffet had many options it suited various tastes.
the elevators were sometimes slow i often waited several minutes. the gym equipment was a bit dated some machines showed wear.
